To represent the scottish accent I am going to use a Blackletter font because it has a medieval feel to it
South African
I have found a font that was designed for the world cup in South Africa. I feel this is the best way to represent the accent through the use of big chunky stems, with an element of handmade. The accent is quite sharp and distinct.
Italian
From the images I have collected, the general style seems to be elegant with a handwritten feel. I think a script font will work best in representing an Italian accent.

From the texan research I have found that a big, bold slab serif font will work best in representing the Texan accent.
Mexican
The accent has a traditional oldie feel to it. I feel the best way to represent it is to use a simple Roman font.
The only way I can think to represent a Brummy accent is to use a big bold block font because the accent is loud and brash.
Cockney
To represent a Cockney accent I am going to use a ransom note font because it represent the cocky, cheekiness of the accent.
German
Blackletter style fonts work best in representing the German accent. The accent has dominant, harsh tones which is represented by the harsh shapes of the letterforms.
Chinese
To represent the Chinese accent I am going to find a font that resembles Chinese characters and symbols.
